Coasso charges you nothing: you only pay what your association asks.
Paid straight to the association
Payments go through Stripe to the association's own account. Coasso never touches the money.
Data hosted in Europe
Your information is stored in Germany and France, and each association only sees its own members.
No health data
For now, medical certificates are handed to the association: Coasso only keeps the date. Uploading them online will come later, on hosting certified for health data.
FAQ
Your questions, answered
Does Coasso cost anything for members?
No. Creating an account and using Coasso is free. You only pay what your association asks — membership, activities — with no fees added by Coasso.
Do I need to install an app?
No. During the beta, Coasso runs in your browser, on phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to download.
How does payment work?
When your association accepts online payment, you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit, through Stripe, straight to its account. Otherwise, you pay as usual: cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Is my data protected?
It is hosted in Europe, and each association only sees its own members. From your account, you can download your data or ask for it to be erased. No health data is stored.
My association isn't on Coasso yet?
Tell its organisers: they can set up their space in a few minutes, free during the beta.
What does “beta” mean?
Coasso is open to everyone and already works, but we improve it every week. An idea, a problem? Write to us: your feedback shapes what comes next.
