No commission

Data in Europe
Hosted in Germany and France, each association's data kept separate, a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
No health data
For now, medical certificates stay with the association: Coasso records their validity date and flags those that expire. Online upload will come later, on hosting certified for health data.

Your questions, answered
How much does Coasso Pro cost?
Nothing during the beta: every feature is available, no card required. Version 1 pricing will be announced before it comes out, and beta associations will get two months free.
Does Coasso take a commission on our payments?
No. Payments go straight to the association's Stripe account. Only Stripe's fees apply, paid by the association.
Do we need a Stripe account?
Only to take payments online. You open it from Coasso Pro, in a few steps guided by Stripe. Without it, you track cheques, cash and transfers as usual.
Where is our data, and who can access it?
It is hosted in Europe, in Germany and France. Each association only sees its own data, each volunteer according to their role, and every action is logged. The data processing agreement is accepted when you create your space.
What about medical certificates?
Coasso does not store any health data yet. For now, the certificate is handed to the association, which checks it; Coasso only records its validity date and flags those about to expire. Uploading certificates to Coasso is planned for later, on hosting certified for health data (HDS).
Can we bring our member file over?
Yes: import it as CSV, from a spreadsheet or your previous tool, matching its columns. You can also invite your members by email.
What does “beta” mean?
Coasso Pro can be used today, on the web. We improve it every week with the associations testing it: write to us, your feedback counts.
