Generous, they only exist to prevent abuse. Need more? An email or storage pack, as an option.
Campaign emails
15 per member of the tier per month: 1,500 emails a month up to 100 members, 15,000 up to 1,000. Automatic emails (receipts, codes, reminders, due dates, invitations) are never limited.
Document storage
5 GB per 100 members of the tier: 5 GB up to 100 members, 50 GB up to 1,000.

FAQ
Your questions, answered
Is there a free trial?
During the beta, Coasso is entirely free, no card required. After the beta, every new association will get a 30-day trial with every feature; nothing is charged without its consent, and its data can still be exported.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes: the prices shown include 20% VAT. The price excluding VAT is shown in small print, for associations that recover VAT.
What is an active member?
Someone with a current membership or registration this season. Parents, donors, former members and event guests don't count.
Monthly or yearly?
Both. Monthly, with no commitment: you can cancel at any time. Yearly, two months are free, and the subscription follows the association's season.
What if my association grows during the season?
Nothing changes during the season. The tier is adjusted at renewal, and we let you know beforehand. No surprise invoice.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes, by writing to us. The period already paid is not refunded: paying monthly, you never pay more than one month ahead.
What happens after the beta?
Coasso stays free until the end of the beta. Prices and the switch date will be announced at least 30 days in advance; no subscription is taken out automatically. Associations from the beta will get two months free, then keep their price for two years.
Are the prices shown final?
No: these are the prices planned after the beta, indicative and non-binding. The final terms will be published in a new version of the association terms.
Does Coasso take a commission on payments?
No, 0%. Each association connects its own Stripe account and receives the money directly. Only Stripe's fees apply, paid by the association: as of 14/10/2026, 1.5% + €0.25 per standard European card and €0.35 per SEPA Direct Debit.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export it at any time. When the contract ends, it is kept for 30 days so you can retrieve it, then deleted, except what the law requires us to keep. It is hosted in Europe.
